The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion has not been released yet, but already, a large number of mod projects have been created that are already working on ideas and material for future mods. This page lists a few of them but is by no means complete.

A Total Conversion (TC) mod project that was started in 2003 and was originally supposed to be released for Morrowind, but will now be released for TES: Oblivion. APEX is an abbreviation for "Alceon Prophecy Experiment".
