Prologue: The Dark Brotherhood.

Shrouded in shadows, steeped in mystery are the children of Mephala, the Dark Brotherhood. Feared and persecuted the Brotherhood exists in darkness. They are traditionally led by the Night Mother, for only a woman can muster the ruthless dedication to safeguard her children from harm at all costs.
